Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using Gorilla Marketing's website and services, you agree to be bound by these terms of service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
Orders and Pricing
- All orders are subject to acceptance and availability
- Prices are subject to change without notice
- Quoted prices do not include shipping, taxes, or setup fees unless specified
- Custom orders may require deposits
- Minimum order quantities may apply
Artwork and Logos
- Customer is responsible for providing print-ready artwork
- We reserve the right to refuse artwork that may infringe on trademarks or copyrights
- Color matching is approximate and may vary based on materials and production methods
- Artwork setup fees may apply for non-vector files
Proof Approval
Customer approval of proofs constitutes acceptance of the design, text, spelling, and overall appearance. Gorilla Marketing is not responsible for errors that appear on approved proofs.
Production and Delivery
- Production time begins after proof approval and payment (if required)
- Delivery dates are estimates and not guaranteed unless specified
- Rush orders may incur additional fees
- Shipping costs are calculated separately unless included in quote
Returns and Cancellations
- Custom/imprinted products cannot be returned unless defective
- Defective items must be reported within 7 days of receipt
- Cancellations may incur fees depending on production status
- Overruns/underruns of up to 10% are industry standard
Intellectual Property
Customer warrants that all submitted artwork, logos, and designs do not infringe upon any third-party intellectual property rights. Customer agrees to indemnify Gorilla Marketing against any claims arising from such infringement.
Limitation of Liability
Gorilla Marketing's liability is limited to the purchase price of the products. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Riverside County, California.
